Continuing a long-running series of gags at the expense of the humble caravan, James May made an airship out of one...

I'm with you Zack... if there's any way to get Captain Slow to Oshkosh, I'm on board.

So, if the proper 'chain of command" approach is for us petition EAA HQ to invite James (Mayday) May [a.k.a. Captain slow] to Osh 2010... let us proceed thusly.
Hal, would you be able to find out the proper procedure for contacting any official invitation extenders at HQ?
And if, for some reason, that doesn't do it, I will take it upon myself to head up a member group to be called Bring Slow to Oshkosh (BS2OSH) with the clear and firm intention of extending an invitation to the Slow One.
BS2OSH!!

Cheers, Kerry

Good thinking, we could do something involving the Ford Tri-Motor and a Ford car.

Does Mr. Pietsch still do the routine where he takes off from the top of the RV (Caravan)? We've gotta get Capt. Slow to OSH!!!
