Please post if your aware where there are LSA aircraft for rent.
State, town, airport, etc.
This is not to promote any business, its to help EAA members find the rental LSA airplanes, so they can go forward in flight training or check out, etc.

Skyraider Aviation in the Denver area - two locations - Erie Municipal Airport in Erie, Colorado, and at Centennial Airport on southwest side of Denver. 3 planes - Gobosh, SportStar, and Remos. Club operation. Well run, friendly. I was a member until I moved away from the area. No current affiliation.
Also, there was a Remos dealer at Denver Centennial Airport that rented the Remos. I don't know if they still exist. Check through the Remos site to find the dealer.
Lee's Summit, Missouri airport has an LSA business now, just started in the last year. Renegade Light Sport has a Storm Rally. I have no affiliation with them, but did visit them over the Christmas 2009 holiday to view and talk about the Storm Rally. Ice fog all week kept me from flying it. renegadelightsport.com

Saint Charles Flying Service, St. Charles Municipal Airport (3SQ) (known affectionately as "St. Chuck" by some of us), St. Charles, MO. One of the first FBO's to jump on the LSA movement.

Thanks for the response on this thread, it may help many to get motivated to get started with their training. Driving a ways I think is no big deal for training.
I remember driving 350 miles each way on the week ends to get my Commercial Helicopter rating. Of course I was full of p-ss & vinegar & bullet proof in those years.
Keep posting the LSA locations gang.
Thanks in advance

I did not see the list for current LSA rentals, though I did find this list. for sales.
I thought getting imput from members that know for a fact where a LSA is in operation for training or solo rental would be of help. There may be airports or an FBO that offer training, rental but are not dealers for any LSA aircraft.
A FIRM list of rentals if you can post would be great.
Heres the sales end here.

Flighline Air Service, Pineville Municipal Airport (2L0), in Pineville Louisiana rents a Tecnam P92 Echo Super for $90 per hour wet. They offer Sport, Private, and Instrument training also. I trained in the Tecnam and passed the Sport Certification in it as well. Lonnie Lucius runs the FBO and he is top notch! If you don't know where Pineville is...across from Alexandria in Central Louisiana. EAA Chapter 614 right on the airport too.

Green Castle Aero Club in Iowa has a 415 CD Ercoupe.
It's what I got my LSA ticket with, and it's available for general rental too.
All the info is here...
Look around the site for pictures of the Ercoupe and membership and rental fees.
