EAA needs members to review a tailwheel training DVD .  To volunteer, simply click the green "reply" button below and say you want to volunteer.  I’ll be selecting the testers (randomly) on 6/25/2010 and closing this thread at that time.  If you are selected, I will send you a private message with the details. (Please note that this is a different DVD than my previous post for tailwheel volunteers).

Requirements to participate in this test:

 ·        You are a beginner to intermediate level tailwheel pilot.

·         You have a DVD player

·         You must complete a short product review form after using the product.

·         You must be an EAA member.

·         You get to keep the DVD after you are done testing it.

We’ll be having other opportunities to test products coming up so keep checking back to www.oshkosh365.org forums for more posts.  You’ll see the outcome of this test work starting in January in Sport Aviation.

Thanks for volunteering,

Charlie Becker

Hi Charlie--

I am a novice tailwheel pilot--did a combo tail wheel checkout and BFR a couple of years ago and would appreciate the opportunity to review the training and skills necessary to be a safe tailwheel pilot.

Thank you.

Best,

I've got 200+ hours in a tailwheel (RV-7). Does that make me an intermediate? If so, I'd be glad to volunteer!

I am a newcomer to tailwheel aircraft (building a SeaRey presently) and would be honored to participate.  I need to learn all I can and never know enough.

I meet your requirements and would like to volunteer.  Since I was disqualified for the i-phone test at the last minute, because of the model i-phone I have, this also looks like something good to do.

Hi Charlie

I have about twenty-five hours of tail dragger time and am building an RV 8.  I definitely have to brush up before I fly my own bird.  Happy to help with the review.

I just finished the taildragger endorsement. I'd like to see how something like this would have helped or might add value at this point.
