Our chapter has some money to send a kid to the Air Academy, in subsequent years we may use some funds for a partial scholarship for flight lessons, or A&P school. We need to develop a document defining the selection and award criteria.
In order to avoid reinventing the wheel, I was wondering if another chapter has an existing document that we could plagiarize, er, I mean be inspired by, for our rules.
Thanks,
Paul

Paul,
You might want to start here: http://www.eaa.org/chapters/resources/reference/scholarshipguidelines.asp
It is our reference paper. It is pretty formal, but should give you some things to think about. I'm also interested in hearing how others handle scholarships.
Thanks for posting,
Steve

Thanks Steve,
Actually, a day or two before you sent that suggestion, I was going to call the chapter office, but then thought I'd check the chapter resources page, and I did find that. I didn't post a follow up yet since I haven't gone through the details yet.
I've got a few projects to complete around the house before hibernation season starts though, so I should get to it next week.\
