Anyone know of any Pilot Reports on the Wichawk like Budd Davisson does on www.airbum.com.  Those are great, but of all the reports he has done, I haven't found one on the Wichawk.  I have found  the six articles in Sport Aviation on the airplane from 1972 to 1981, but none commented on the takeoff, handling qualities and landing in the airplane.  With that 73-1/2 inch wide gear and slow landing speed, I suppose it is just so conventional a taildragger that no one thought to write it up.  I am a tailwheel instructor, and have had students head for the weeds on both takeoff and landing with even the gentle 7AC Champ.
