I am attending Airventure this year from the UK (having attended in 2004, 2006 and 2008).
I would like to eat some non-diary, vegetarian food, please, but I have never been able to find an on-site vendor offering this.
Are you able to request a vendor to provide this option, please?
It could be used to promote Airventure to more people. Often women are more likely to want this food option so this could help encourage families to attend. It could also illustrate how environmentally aware the EAA and Airventure are?

I was going to be flippant and suggest deep-fried cheese curds, a Wisconsin delicacy, but then read your non-dairy (diary?) requirement....
To be honest, you'd be quite hard pushed to find non-dairy, veggie food anywhere Oshkosh, let alone on the grounds. No harm in asking, tho'. As a non-great meat eater myself, I tend to stick to fish, salady stuff, & fruit & veg that I buy from the grocery stores. I think it would be fair to say that Wisconsin is not really one of the most veggie-type state in the US, and being the "dairy state", Wisconsin cheese is used in a lot of catering ......
