We know that many of you are unable to attend AirVenture 2010, and instead rely on the online Internet feed of EAA Radio   for your live, up-to-date convention information.

We'd love to hear from you. What do you think, and where are you listening from? Let us know here in this thread.

Great Falls,MT, will be my first Airventure, have wanted to come for 40 years, my son wants to be a pilot and is an encyclopidia of aviation facts. Will be a great adventure for us, EAA Radio has been a wonderful way to prime up and am loking forward to listening during Airventure, keep up the good work!

Excellent programs & audio for the entire drive from home in Illinois to setup in Camp Scholler and back past days, ... and will surely be on in the vehicle enroute back to Camp Scholler Friday(tommorow).     Hours passed quickly tuned into through streaming the feed ( http://www.eaaradio.net ) on mobile 3G EVDO Verizon connections w/ Motorola Q.   May have only dropped the session connection over the EVDO broadband wireless service once in 4+ hours of driving

Anxious for Live Airventure feeds to start in a few days!

It's the  Friday afternoon before and we already wish we was on the way there. But because of the distance from PA my wife and I only make the trip every other year. Can't wait to hear all the news on EAA radio and check out the great pictures that get posted every day from around the grounds.

I've attended AirVenture 7 times since 1997. Twice by car at Camp Schoeller and 5 times via Mooney on the North 40 and Vintage Camping.

Last year's webcam and radio made me feel like I was part of the show even though I couldn't make it due to my then 1 year old son and this year due to my 2 year old son and my 2 week old son. (Yes, Mommy would be very displeased if Daddy left her at home.)

#1 son loves watching airplanes on YouTube every morning after breakfast, so, we will both be in hog heaven listening and watching from afar and dreaming about our next on-site visit!

Thanks for making this possible!

Sadly can't make Oshkosh this year, tuning in from Maidenhead, Berkshire in England.

Best wishes for the show to the organisers, volunteers and visitors.

Listening in from Central Kentucky.  Sounds like a great job from staff and volunteers who have really worked to keep things going to recover from the weather.  Wish I were there but work calls.  I appreciate the radio - I listen when I can during the day and each evening.  Can you guys send mobile reporters out across the grounds?  That would be fun.

Thanks!

Stuck in my office in Atlanta, GA.  Waiting to hear my Pappy flyin' Dixie Boy later today!  Thanks to all the volunteers who bring us the radio stream.

Listening all day from work, on the iphone and at home from Brantford, Ontario Canada. Thanks for putting EAA Radio online so those of us unable to attend can still feel like we're there.

 Hello,

I am listening the EAA Radio internet broadcast and I have noticed during your interviews there is a constant 'tapping or ticking' with occasional thumply-thump noises added. This is very annoying, an makes listening more difficult.

If you must have any noise in the background, how about the natural sound of airplanes that may be passing by.

Thank you,
