WInter Haven, Florida and close by the Sun N Fun.  Bought a new-to-me 182 in May and flew it home from the Arlington, Washington.  I just returned from a 2600 mile trip along the east coast so, no room left for the trip to Oshkosh this year.

I've had the plane for two months and have given rides to 15 kids and adults who have never been in a GA aircraft before.

We are currently in Waukesha, WI getting the last few items packed before heading up to Airventure 2010.  Can't wait to see all the neat things there are to see and my husband, especially, wants to see the SE 5A that is on display in Aeroshell Square.  I turned you on my computer this morning at 6:00AM to get an idea of what was up and it sounds like we need to get up there soon or we will miss all the fun.  Camp Scholler and Airventure 2010 here we come!!!

watching and listening from Danville, Kentucky. video and audio have clean feeds, no problems at all! It would be neat to hear the ambient audio for each webcam, It would add even more to the feeling of being there,,,, when you can't.

thanks!

I was listening today on the drive up from Madison on my Touch Diamond phone that I updated with Windows Mobile 6.5. No additional player software was required.

BTW, wasn't able to hear the program on AM 1210 on the way up. Is that running, or does the signal not go very far west? I'm not talking about as far as Madison, only a few miles away.

Listening from Anchorage, Alaska. I'm 32 years old and have been Blessed to have been at EAA Oshkosh/Air Venture 27 times. This is the 5th time I'm missing Oshkosh. EAA Radio means so much to me and I'm listening every minute I can this week. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! EAA is the Spirit of Aviation and with EAA Radio I can be at AirVenture in spirit!

Three of our family planned to drive our RV up this year as an upgrade from tents last year, but an unexpected health problem changed that. Our son, the Embry RIddle student, flew up instead. He had to pay $737. for a tiny rental car at the last minute!

He's having a great time and we are catching as much of Airventure as we can from Covington, Louisiana, just N. of N.O. The web cams and eaaradio are Awesome! It seemed like someone was manually working the Aeroshell Square cam as it changed its view every few minutes. If it were possible to change the 18-36 cam a little to the left, we'd see more of the center of the airshow., but its great to hear it all so well. Also, the broadcast this evening from the Theater in the Woods was flawless. Thanks very much, the Airventure Groupies are pleased!

AM 1210 Update

Lighting ruined our transmitter this spring.  We are working to fix the problem.  We replaced the antenna which also suffered damage but the transmitter was doomed.  Thanks to Matt Grahm, who responded to our Facebook request for a courier, picked up a replacement transmitter in Minnesota on his way to AirVenture.

Listening online from Bettendorf, IA.  Wasn't able to make it to Oshkosh this year due to the birth of daughter just a few weeks ago.   Will be there next year for sure!  Very nice to be able to listen and view webcams of grounds.  It's not quite the same as being there but it's much apperciated!
