Hi all..just looking for info on plans, or contacts in France for the Louis Pena Capena or Bilouis designs. There seems to be a dearth of info. on this side of the atlantic concerning these A/C...thanks!

Wow. I see that I was right, no one knows very much about these designs in the U.S., although they seem to be fairly popular in the E.U.
