Does anyone have ANY information about the KopyKat Pitts replica?
These planes were a really good replica of a Pitts S-1 but it was a part
103-legal ultralight. I am looking for plans, parts or an entire
airframe. I think that the company went out of business in the early
eighties. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated

Are you thinking of the Roger Mann's Ragwing Special? You can find them occasionally online and I know there are various builder's forums as well.

Dewey:
Roger Mann of Ragwing Aviation still sells plans for the 1 place and 2 place versions. Get on the Ragwing List (Yahoo). A fellow in Northern Calif is selling one that is ready to cover.
Roger has a seperate site where you can buy plans and then download/print.

I saw one article on this plane. The fuselage was welded aluminum. I recall that the kit was a bit pricey which may be why it did'nt become popular.

I have a partially built plane that I was told was a copykat, but a am not sure that it is, the plans that came with it were for the copykat, but the fuselage is chromolly, not aluminum as the plans show. I brought it from the widow of the fellow that was building it off of Ebay. I will share with you any information that would be helpful to you. You can email me directly if you wish, or we can carry on this way. I have many photo's and a set of plans if you care to see these. I am located on the west coast of Florida, about an hour south of Tampa.
