(Sorry if this is a repost - my first 2 attempts at sending this didn't go through. Maybe these boards don't like Firefox?)
Roger, are they seriously hoping to bring Fifi to Oshkosh this year? I had to go check on the return to flight status after reading this, and sure enough they're hoping to have her airworthy by June 1st! That gives them about 2 months to work out any minor issues should they arise. If they're serious about bringing her to Oshkosh, put that as my #1 must-see. I haven't seen Fifi since I was a kid (anyone remember the late summer airshow at Harrison, AR?). Now, if they could get Fifi and Doc in the air at the same show in a few years, THAT would be something to see.
After Fifi, add the Me-262 and Me-109 to my list. And (hopefully) multiple B-17s in the air for the 75th anniversary. And a D-day squadron of C-47s. And I always enjoy seeing Glacier Girl, assuming she'll be there. Now that I think about it, I don't think there's anything in particular I'm looking forward to. It's lining up to be a great show all the way around!
