I'm seeking help in locating the person and the airplane depicted in the attached photo.
The airplane is a Powell PH Racer. I believe that the plane was taken in Canada possibly in 2007. According to the caption for the picture, the man's name is Georpge Carpenter.
I'm trying to find this man so I can plumb the depths of his knowledge because I'd like to build one here in Australia.

i bought a set of plans for the above.in fact they came free with a set of plans for the baby ace can anyone advise me with the design regarding the wing spars they seem very small in cross section
