Does anyone have experience with the Rotec throttle body fuel injection system? I am researching alternatives to replace the Bendix PS-5C pressure carb on my Pitts. I realize it is not true fuel injection, however it does work inverted and cost considerably less than true fuel injection. I have had little luck finding someone with experience with it. Is it like the Ellison TBI? I don't want to cut corners with my fuel system but the TBI would be simple to install as well.

John,
Functionally, the Rotec TBI is like the Ellison TBI. Here are a couple of pictures. I have one, but have not used it yet. It will go on my Zenith 601XL, Corvair power. It has a fuel pressure regulator that is mounted close to the carb body, but not on it.

Thanks for the reply. It looks like a quality piece. Please let me know what results you get when you install it.
