EAA needs members to test a wiring related tool.   To volunteer, simply reply to this thread.    I’ll be selecting the testers (randomly) on 10/1/09 and closing this thread at that time.  If you are selected, I will send you a private message with the details.

Requirements to participate in this test:

This product is related to wiring.

·         You will need access to a wire harness or wire bundle to test this product.

·         You must complete a short product review form after using the product.

·         You must be an EAA member.

·         You get to keep the item after you are done testing it.

We’ll be having other opportunities to test products coming up so keep checking back to www.oshkosh365.org forums for more posts.  You’ll see the outcome of this test work starting in January in Sport Aviation.

Thanks for volunteering,

Charlie Becker

I'd be happy to test the product for you.  I've just started wiring my RV-10.

I'd like to test it.  I've done a lot of non-aircraft wiring also.

I'm not sure what you're needing to be tested but I can tell you that I work for American Airlines on the 767 MAUI mod line and am reworking the whole avionics bay and the captains and F/o's panels with wiring changes throughout.  Wire stripping and terminal crimping is done everyday.  Maybe I can be of help.

Thanks, Jim Geib

Sally and I have the time, and we always have a wiring issue to work on.

I just finished restoring a Tri-Pacer, including completely re-wiring the aircraft.  I would like to test this wiring-related product.

I've got four airplanes in the shop to wire right now. I'd like a shot.
